Terms of Service

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Your card details never touch our servers. An order confirmation and receipt are emailed to you automatically once payment succeeds.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable product pricing but not any duties or taxes that may apply to your destination.

The 20% welcome discount is available to new online shoppers only. To unlock it you provide your email address and phone number, which we use to send your order updates and, with your consent, future marketing communications. The discount applies to a single order and may not be combined with other offers.

Items marked Available now ship within 1–3 business days. All other pieces are in production and are crafted to order; please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. We will keep you informed of your production and shipping status by email.

Complimentary shipping is provided within the United States. Orders are dispatched from Florence, Italy. Any import duties or taxes incurred on international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Made-to-order pieces are final sale except where required by law. To start a return, contact clients@sanluri.it with your order reference.

We collect the email and phone number you provide to fulfill orders and, where you opt in, to send marketing offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to a text message. We never sell your personal information.
